Advocate Rajendra Pandey is Managing Partner at Chaitanya Legal Service & Research Center (CLSRC). He received Legal Practitioner’s Certificate from Nepal Bar Council on August 08, 2019. Adv. Pandey is member of International Bar Association. Also, he chairs Association of International Lawyers, Nepal Chapter. He had worked as Research Assistant at Kathmandu School of Law (KSL), Research Officer at ECPAT Luxembourg, Legal Advisor at Maya Biotech and Legal Officer at Avinaba Law Chamber. He also engaged himself with the immigration law practice in the UK under solicitors for six months. Currently, he is also working as Assistant Professor at Kathmandu School of Law & National Open University. Adv. Pandey also received opportunity to serve as Legal Advisor at Social Welfare Council, Nepal. He has also served to various private companies/ firms and INGOs/ NGOs as Advisor, Legal Compliance Officer, Labor Auditor, etc. Adv. Pandey has received BA LLB degree from Kathmandu School of Law & LLM in International Business Law from Coventry University, UK. In addition, he has also been awarded with Level 7 degree in Professional Counselling & Leadership from Chartered Management Institute, UK and Diploma in Human Rights.
