Advocate Nikesh Kumar Lamsal is the Founder/ Managing Director at Chaitanya Legal Service & Research Center (CLSRC). He received Legal Practitioner’s Certificate from Nepal Bar Council on August 08, 2019. Before starting CLSRC he had worked as Research Assistant at Kathmandu School of Law and Legal Officer at Gandhi & Associates. Currently, he is serving as Co-ordinator at Capital College & Research Center (CCRC), Balkumari, Kathmandu and Faculty Member at National College, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. He is also serving as Board Member at Neeti Anusandhan Pratisthan, Nepal (NeNAP). He has also served as Advisory Committee Member at Rapti Academy of Health Sciences (RAHS), Dang. He also engages himself in various roles and responsibilities in different organizations and institutions. He has completed BA LLB with specialization in Criminal Law and LLM in Business and International Trade Law from Kathmandu School of Law. Moreover, he has also participated/ facilitated various training, seminars, conferences and schools such as Residential School on Economic, Social and Development Rights organized by KSL, Nepal; Human Rights Summer School organized by ELCOP, Bangladesh; One week Course on Comparative Constitutional Perspectives organized by NALSAR, India, etc. in and outside the country. He aims to achieve expertise in Criminal Litigation. However, his areas of interest are medical/ health care law (especially medical negligence law), evidence law and labor law.
